I almost forgot about my puppies! I love my JOJO. She's my baby girl.
When I think about the summer days, I get excited. Good weather, and no school. How much more can a girl ask for? But then I have to remember all the days I spent in a silence that could cut glass. The continuos heavy feeling on my eyelids from oversleeping day in and day out. Stumbling out of bed with nothing to do and no one to really talk to. The steep depression that hangs in mid-air above my house, looming like a ugly grey smudge from an cheap eraser on paper. It's utterly dreadful...which is why I simply HAVE to get out or I will lose my youthful summer days to the Hodag.
