I know this sounds silly...but I finally..after like almost a year of not talking to my "long lost" cousin Steve, I got to talk with him on facebook tonight and that totally made my day. Its just normal or not that important to most people, but for me, the very few FAMILY members I got that I can relate to...is amazing! It's like a breath of fresh air. It's like breaking free from a cell. It's like hitting the bulls-eye. Yes, I have friends I can talk to and all that is great and everything, but theres something about blood-family, and having that bond, its different. To me, I have like three people in my family I can bond with, and that is so sad because I have such a big big family..and only three out of so many? I feel like once I find someone, I hold on to them and I don't want to let them go because to me, they are like gold. The people I love, I really LOVE them, and I will try my best to keep that connection because it's a high priority in my life to stay connected.
